If you're planning on going to YouTube to relive your favorite moments from last Sunday's Oscars, you're out of luck, as the Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences quickly requested that YouTube remove any clips from the awards show.
YouTube swiftly complied with the Academy's request, and removed all video clips involving the Oscars, from its site, The Daily Reel reports. The Academy notified YouTube that it wanted the company to remove the clips on Tuesday, and the video-sharing site had all clips removed by the end of the day. Unlike previous instances where YouTube had been notified to remove clips, the site responded very quickly in this instance. The majority of the clips from the Oscars were among the most popular clips on the site that were uploaded since Sunday.
