NetImperative: BT and Yahoo Unveil New Broadband Service
In the British market, Yahoo has teamed up with British Telecom to provide a high-speed service that includes features such as an 'intelligent' homepage that automatically customizes content based on what types of sites users are surfing to suggest material of interest, as well as other customizable features, anti-spam filtering and a pop-up blocker. The initiative will be supported by a £10 million ($15.7 million) advertising campaign.
