Yahoo has entered the vertical search market, with the quiet launch of a job search engine on HotJobs, reports paidcontent, citing an HR blog. A job search on HotJobs serves up not only listings from HotJobs but also includes some from other job boards and employer sites. According to the blog, Yahoo has thus gained "first-mover advantage over Google, which is widely believed to be developing a classifieds program of its own."
