Yahoo Desktop Search Beta Released

Yahoo finally seems to have launched its desktop search beta version, although it isn't very much changed from the existing version of the X1 product it purchased some months ago to jumpstart its development efforts. SearchEngineWatch reviewed the new version, giving it good marks. SearchEngineLowdown points to some weaknesses.
