Yahoo Purchases Mobile Firm Actionality

Yahoo has confirmed its purchase of the mobile firm Actionality, reports ClickZ.

Actionality's main product is AdFlex, a platform for creating standardized mobile ad units. Rumors that the deal was happening began swirling last week but those reports were just confirmed by ClickZ.

It's likely Yahoo will roll AdFlex functionality into its OneSearch mobile umbrella product.
