XM Satellite Radio is launching its biggest holiday marketing campaign to date, featuring television, print, radio, online and outdoor advertising, reports MediaBuyerPlanner. The campaign, dubbed Listen Large, focuses on XM's wide variety in programming.
Heading up the campaign are two TV spots starring Ellen DeGeneres, Snoop Dogg, Derek Jeter, David Bowie, and Martina McBride, which begin airing this week during prime time on broadcast network and cable TV.
The campaign includes special holiday pricing on XM radios, national and local radio spots, national magazine ads and inserts, newspaper advertising in major markets nationwide, online ad banners and outdoor billboards that target commuters.
XM has more than 5 million subscribers and hopes to sign another million following Thursday's episode of The Apprentice, which XM sponsors.
