Wireless Group to Spend $100MM, Starts Review

The Cellular Telecommunications and Internet Association reportedly plans to spend about $100 million in media. It initiated a review among four agencies to pick up the account, including Kirshenbaum Bond & Partners, BBDO, McCann-Erickson and Ogilvy & Mather. Judging from the mix of agencies, they aren't planning on using wireless media.
