Wi-Fi Calling Attracts New Blood to T-Mobile

Network jumping with T-Mobile

Though it hasn't got the sex appeal of the iPhone on its side, T-Mobile is wrangling new customers in nonetheless, thanks to its T-Mobile @ Home service, unveiled last summer.

The service allows mobile users to make wi-fi calls via T-Mobile hotspots.

According to BusinessWeek, 45 percent of @ Home subscribers are new to T-Mobile.
