According to the UCLA Internet Report ñ Year 3, 97% of all teenagers 12 to 18 were online in 2002. They are not the market of the future; they are the market of today. They are the legendary Gen Y who grew up only knowing what life was like with the Internet. Ask them if theyíre aware of something called the Encyclopedia Britannica or World Book and they would most likely ask you if perhaps you are referring to Microsoft Encarta.
