SVP and Director of Interactive Marketing at Temerlin McClain James Hering writes, "Now that clients are starting to really embrace and leverage the medium, we're having a tough time filling positions." That and the rest of his column comprise a long-form recruitment ad under the premise of writing about job hunting in the industry. If the premise is true, though, we're beginning to see the "jobless" recovery shift, at least in our little corner of the GDP.
