Major search firm WebSourced's parent company CGI Holdings said it bought an online personals outfit and a web design firm, according to LocalTechWire. Personals Plus went for $2.26 million, plus about the same value of CGI stock, roughly 425,000 shares. The Florida-based firm will operate under CGI's Cherish subsidiary. The web design firm, Ozline, went for only $300,000 in cash and about 75,000 shares of CGI stock, along with warrants for 60,000 shares priced at $5.30 per share.
