AP: WebSideStory Gives IPO Another Try
The Associated Press reviewed the tortuous path to initial public offering WebSideStory continues to walk, now offering a smaller offering of 4.4 million shares for a price of between $8 and $9. The company, once profitable and with a large pornography advertising practice, hasn't been in the black since it "went straight" and started relying on its web metrics as its core revenues.
