WebSideStory bought content management and site search firm Atomz in a cash and equity deal valued at about $39 million, according to ClickZ. The Atomz products will become part of WebSideStory's HBX Analytics and Active Marketing Suite packages. Atomz will be run as a subsidiary. The deal is expected to close in early April.
