Advertising groups from throughout the world will meet this fall for talks on developing standard metrics for online media reach and measuring the effectiveness of their online campaigns, NetImperative reports. The International Conference on Online Media Measurement (I-COM) will take place September 25-27, in Berlin, and for the first time bring together international representatives of advertising organizations and major stakeholders, including advertisers, agencies, and publishers. I-COM will provide an overview of online metrics and a comparison of the major measurement systems in use. The event intends to broaden the international network of professionals and generate discussion on international cooperation.
