Where is Truveo going?
Falling in the footsteps of YouTube, AOL-owned video search engine Truveo unveiled video search portals for France, Germany, India, Korea, Spain, Taiwan, and the UK this week.
Over the next two months, Truveo will roll out additional country sites including Australia, Brazil, Italy, Mexico, The Netherlands, Russia, and Turkey.
Launched in the fall of '05, Truveo.com currently receives 40 million users a month, according to comScore, and claims most of its traffic originates from outside the US.
