ClickZ: ValueClick Details European Plans for Pricerunner

ValueClick says its purchase of Pricerunner isn't a one-time opportunistic acquisition, but rather the start of a major push into Europe. Pricerunner is expected to contribute about $20 million of Valueclick's $150 million in revenue for 2004. It's European structure of having one-stop-shops for all of Valueclick's diverse marketing properties may also be a harbinger of things to come in its U.S. offices.
