ValueClick Closes Acquisitions, Says Outlook Now Better

ValueClick today said it closed its acquisition of both Web Marketing Holdings (DBA Web Clients) and E-Babylon; it also raised its financial outlook for the year, reports AP. The company lifted its second-quarter revenue target by $1.5 million to a range of $53.5 million to $54.5 million, but held its view for earnings of 8 cents per share. For the year, it sees income of 39 cents to 41 cents per share on $265 million to $275 million in revenue, up from an earlier forecast of 38 cents to 40 cents per share and revenue of $222 million to $226 million.
