Users Find Organic Results More Relevant

Internet Retailer: Paid search vs. natural search? Go for both, new survey says

When asked which was more relevant to their needs - normal search results or the paid listings targeted to their search - a new study revealed that about three out of five users find the original, organic results the most relevant. This was particularly true (72 percent) with Google and less so with other search engines.
