Internet Retailer reports that a London trade group study shows that the U.K. will spend about 64 percent more on e-commerce this November and December than it did last year. The Interactive Marketing in Retail Group said it predicts spending of four billion pounds for the two months, up from 2003's 2.5 billion. It is an amount spent online in the U.S. every three or four weeks.
