A New York court indicted two Ogilvy & Mather executives alleged to have conspired to bilk the U.S. government - then a client through the White House Office of National Drug-Control Policy - by asking staff to make false billing claims. Thomas Early is still an executive at Ogilvy and Shona Seifert has since left to become president of Chiat Day's New York office.

She released a statement yesterday denying the charges and adding "I am innocent of any wrongdoing. I will contest these charges. I know I will be exonerated."
