Internet services firm Tucows has signed an agreement to buy Critical Path's hosted messaging assets for $8 million in cash and the assumption of contractual debt, reports DM News. The acquisition is expected to close January 3 and strengthen Tucows's presence in hosted email for internet service providers and web hosting firms.
