Oily business despot Donald Trump had his teams of sycophants attempt to build a new type of burger, resulting in the Western Angus Steak Burger, which will be made available in thousands of Burger Kings. TheKnot.com also saw a similar rise in the show's second season, although that placement was happenstantial and not paid. Yahoo Local got into the act this past week, paying to have its local listings plugged in the show that aired January 27.
