DM News: Traffix Buys SEM Firm SendTraffic.com

Search engine marketing firm Traffix announced it will purchase SendTraffic.com for about $5.4 million. SendTraffic has more than 100 clients and projects $10 million in sales with $1 million in operating income over the next year. The company's founders have agreed to stay on for five years.
