Trade magazine publisher Penton Media said it too will be late in reporting its financial results. Several large agency holding companies have recently thrown their investors into some confusion by telling them that they had found accounting problems in past reported numbers. Penton said it found that it hadn't accounted for enough income tax going back to 2002.
