The Ogilvy & Mather media director in charge of the White House's anti-drug media account during the time of the now-famous agency billing scandal pleaded guilty to charges of conspiring to defraud the United States by filing false claims and lying about it, according to AdWeek. Ray Simko, most recently was the chief of Mindshare's strategic planning group, a position from which he resigned a few weeks ago in the wake of the trial that found two former colleagues guilty on similar charges.
