Intending to expand into Europe and Asia, search and internet marketing firm Think Partnership said yesterday that it would acquire Web Diversity LLC, a privately held search marketing firm in London, for $1 million in cash and $1 million in common stock for Web Diversity, which soon will open an office in Hong Kong as part of the deal, reports DM News. Think owns SEO firm WebSourced and affiliate marketing firm PrimaryAds; it also owns internet marketing software firm KowaBunga.
