Interactive marketing mini-conglomerate Think Partnership has completed its acquisition of online lead generation company iLead Media, reports DM News. Think paid the shareholders of iLead $9.2 million in cash and will also issue to them shares in the company's stock. This week, Think also said it is moving its headquarters from Northbrook, IL, to Clearwater, FL.
