ClickZ: IM Spam Expected to Triple

As if spam wasn't enough to cause you to throw your computer out the window and go buy a typewriter, a new and growing form of spam is making its way to desktops everywhere. It's called spim - spam over instant messaging - and is predicted by The Radicati Group to account for five percent of all instant messages by the end of 2004.
