Australian IT: E-tailers blame Google reshuffle

Ecommerce firms are again griping about the seeming whims of the major search engine algorithms. Sites in Australia are bemoaning the loss of their once-high rankings in Google, a change wrought by an improved search listing formula. Noted one Google official, even though half of sites go up as well as down in the new listings "that half that goes up will be happy but not say anything."
