Texas Charges Two as Spam Kingpins

Texas state prosecutors filed civil charges against a University of Texas student and a California resident, alleging that they are running one of the worlds largest spam rings, according to CNET. Texas prosecutors believe Ryan Samuel Pitylak and Mark Stephen run firms named PayPerAction and Leadplex, accused by SpamHaus.org of being behind one of the top-five spam operations.
