Technology Vertical Ad Network Launched

NetShelter, a site representation company for technology content websites, today announced (pdf) the launch of the NetShelter Branded Network (NSBN), enabling advertisers to buy ads on site-specific combinations. NSBN, which the company says serves half a billion ad impressions a month, include ArsTechnica, Geek.com, PhoneScoop.com, and TheInquirer.net, among others.

The aggregated audience for NSBN in the U.S. is nearly 1.9 million unique users, making it the largest branded technology vertical, with an audience larger than CNET's News.com or Ziff Davis Internet or CMP Media, according to Toronto-based NetShelter.

The company is the exclusive ad rep firm for all of the inventory on NSBN and is offering various ad opportunities, such as full-site sponsorship, homepage roadblocks, page takeovers, over the page units; it will soon offer pre-roll video ads as well.

NetShelter provides BPA Interactive site audits by I/PRO containing audited site statistics, including pageviews, unique visits and geographical breakdown for each NSBN publisher.
