Study: Same-Day Lead Follow Up Boosts Satisfaction

Not terribly surprisingly, a study of customers acquired online found that more were happy with their experience when the original leads were followed up the same day they registered interest. BtoB Online carried the KnowledgeStorm and Artemis Group survey. 88 percent of those contacted on the same day said they were happy, where only 70 percent said the same when contacted more than four days after initially indicating interest.
