Sports, Product Spots on Goviral's List of Top Ten Videos

Goviral has released its monthly showcase of the top ten top viral campaigns and videos.

Not surprisingly, the top rated video was based around the 2010 FIFA World Cup games - but with a twist, throwing Star Wars into the mix. An adidas campaign, the video invites the view to follow celebrities such as David Beckham, Daft Punk, Snoop Dogg, Franz Beckenbauer, Noel Gallagher and Ciara. It then features appearances from Han Solo, Chewbacca, and Obi-Wan Kenobi by integrating the new shots of Beckham etc into old original Star Wars footage.

Another top video was created around the Wimbledon Championships games, showing tennis player Andy Murray walking around London playing street tennis in alleyways and on rooftops with his HEAD YouTek Radical Pro racket. Other videos are about Iceland as a tourist destination, consumer products like Coke Zero and Orbit Gum and the obligatory semi-racy video spot for a shower gel.
