New York Attorney General Eliot Spitzer's case against "Spam King" Scott Richter and his OptInRealBig.com email company shrank from a $20 million publicity-attracting suit several months ago to a $50,000 settlement yesterday - a settlement so small that his lawyer called it a "no harm, no foul" affair.
