Web-based spreadsheet creation service SmartSheet has managed to harvest $2.69 million dollars in Series A-4 funding, led by Madrona Venture Group, according to a statement.

SmartSheet plans to use the funds to develop interactive capabilities such as wiki-based collaboration tools, as well as auto-tracking tools for team project and other shared efforts.

SmartSheet plans range from cost-free service to about $150 for hosted features.
