SheKnows Strikes Again, Swoops Up ChefMom

Days after acquiring two pregnancy sites, online network SheKnows has purchased ChefMom.com, a cooking and recipe exchange destination.

ChefMom targets homemakers and new mothers, a current obsession for the network. (In its last release, SheKnows proclaimed pregnancy "the new black.") "Ask ChefMom," an on-site column, provides tips on topics like preparing steak or getting toddlers to eat.

Financial details of the deal were not mentioned.

The SheKnows network targets women between the ages of 25-54.
