An ANA survey showed that the first thing on the minds of senior marketers at large companies is accountability. By far, more of them indicated it as one of their three biggest issues, followed not particularly closely by building strong brand franchises and integrating their marketing communications. Accountability was number two last year, behind strong brand franchises.
