The Securities and Exchange Commission reportedly said Google's initial public offering does not have to be delayed after a Playboy interview with its founders appeared on newsstands the same day the company began accepting bids for shares. The report said that Google's disclosure filing, made hours before the bidding opened, successfully thwarted the threat of delay.
