Search Share Solid, But Perceptions Shifting

SearchEngineWatch looked at the results of a longitudinal Keynote study that shows some movement in the search audience's preferences. MSN and Yahoo made great perception gains since the last survey in May of 2004, and AskJeeves also fared well. AskJeeves results were judged to be as "successful" as those of Google and Yahoo. Interestingly, 20 percent of those surveyed said they used different engines for different types of searches.
