SearchEngineLowdown: Why SEM is Better than this!
First there was the search advertising hype, then there came quite recently the backlash commentary, and now we see the search folks wincing at the lashes. SearchEngineLowdown complains that a recent MarketingSherpa review of the SES show in San Jose included only the negative comments from the conference, indicating an anti-search bias.
A MediaPost piece included interview elements with MarketingSherpa publisher Anne Holland, indicating she thought less that search was a poor medium for marketers, but rather marketers were proving poor at using search media.
