As part of a wide-ranging corporate reorganization, Hilary Schneider has been named head of Yahoo's global partner solutions group, reports Advertising Age.
The GPS division is responsible for finding appropriate Yahoo ad inventory for advertisers. Scheider's reach extends to the Yahoo Publisher Network, corporate partnerships, HotJobs and more.
Schneider was one of the architects of the Yahoo newspaper consortium, partnering with 400 newspapers to sell ads on their websites.
This is the third corporate reorganization Yahoo has undergone in the last year, including the June departure of CEO Terry Semel.
