The shakeup to Wal-Mart's marketing department may not be over, with speculation that CMO John Fleming is being reassigned.

Stephen Quinn, Wal-Mart's Senior VP of marketing, is thought to be next in line to replace Fleming, who would be moved to another position within the organization, likely merchandising, Ad Age writes.

The move would be the latest in a series of recent shakeups in Wal-Mart's marketing department, coming after both Julie Roehm and Sean Womack were dismissed late last year.

Ad Age also reports that Fleming did not have a central role in the retailer's recent ill-fated agency review, whereas Quinn and Wal-Mart Stores CEO Eduardo Castro-Wright have been heavily involved.
