Headed for the top?
Interactive firm Rosetta purchased interactive marketing/strategy and tech firm Brulant, adding 370 employees to its headcount of 230.
Rosetta's clients include Johnson & Johnson, HSBC, Microsoft and Bristol Myers Squibb; Brulant adds Nationwide, Borders, Coach, Citizens Bank, Marriott and Scholastic.
"We were determined to be one of the top interactive agencies in the US," said Brulant founder/CEO Len Pagon.
Combined revenues are expected to total $130 million.
