Reactrix, Samsung Partner for Interactive Outdoor Platform


WAVEscape to take Hilton
by storm

Digital out-of-home company Reactrix is partnering with Samsung to launch an interactive large-format ad platform called WAVEscape.

Set to premier at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas on January 7, WAVEscape is powered by large-format LCDs from Samsung and features "configurable levels of interactivity that are heightened as a consumer moves closer to the display."

Though the details are vague, the technology has an early commitment from Hilton Hotels & Resorts, which will use the Reactrix technology to introduce a new type of virtual concierge in select hotels in Spring '08.
