No bluffs for Holland Mark

A mere six months after re-opening its doors, Boston-based agency Holland Mark has agreed to purchase TPG Creative, a design firm also based in Boston.

In the late '90s, Holland Mark was numbered among the largest independent agencies east of Texas.

TPG will be rebranded Holland Mark Studios and feature in Holland Mark's portfolio, but will otherwise maintain existing clientèle independent of the parent company.

Holland Mark's client base includes Fidelity Investments and Zipcar. Terms of its new acquisition were left undisclosed.
