Internet Retailer: Retail Forward projects robust Q4 spending, led by e-retailing

Retail Forward predicts relatively strong retailing growth in the fourth quarter, pegging growth at 6.5 percent, about the same as last year. Online retail was singled out as a major growth source, predicted to expand 26 percent for the quarter to $22 billion.
