Interesting profile of Peter Pitsch, formerly a chief of staff for the Federal Communications Commission but today the chief lobbyist for Intel, and described in the piece as the man who will wire America with broadband. Says an executive within the Commerce Department, "He is the godfather of telecom policy among technology companies in Washington." If you care about broadband, he sounds like a guy to watch or, better yet, know.
