Post Thanksgiving Sales Up 36 Percent

comScore reports online spending for the day after Thanksgiving rose 36 percent from $145 million in 2002 to $200 million in 2003. For the entire Thanksgiving week, sales were $1.2 billion, up 31 percent over last year's $895 million, roughly in line with industry predictions.
