eCommerce Times: Politics and the Internet: Strange Bedfellows?

eCommerce Times published a review of online advertising in current political campaigns, drawing the conclusion that 2003 will be the year that candidates begin to turn to the Internet as a primary paid media channel. Where communicating their message may still be done more efficiently in other media, the Internet is fast becoming the go-to medium for something more important: raising money.

Separately, the New York Times wrote a story this weekend indicating that online political consultancies are having a tough time keeping up with demand.
