ClickZ reports that PointRoll - the rich media firm that markets the FatBoy and TomBoy rich media ad units - may be on the block, having hired an unnamed investment bank to field offers. CEO Jules Gardner said the company was not actively selling itself but said the bank will help consider offers that do come in.
